- Wallet and transaction records: wallet balance, delivery fees, tips, refunds, and related ledger entries.
- Rider payout details: payout records and payout account details riders submit, including Venmo details used during pilot programs.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser/app events, diagnostics.
- Support communications you send through email or in-app support.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve delivery, matching, account security, and support.
- Process wallet charges, tips, rider payouts, and refunds or credits.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
